Harkable is in open beta. We collect the minimum data needed to run your account and to bill paid MP3 generations.

What we store

• Your account email and authentication metadata.
• Your credit balance and monthly free MP3 usage.
• Generation metadata (character count, quality, cost) — not the document text and not the audio.

What we do not store

• The files you upload.
• The text extracted from those files.
• The generated MP3 audio bytes.

Beta caution

Please do not upload sensitive, confidential, or regulated information (e.g., medical, financial, or personally identifying records about other people).

For support during the beta, email filecastsupport1@gmail.com with the subject line: Harkable Support Request. Do not include confidential document text in support emails. Screenshots are okay only if sensitive content is redacted.
